Xiaomi 18 Pro Max Appears on Geekbench With Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and 16GB RAM

The upcoming Xiaomi 18 Pro Max has reportedly surfaced on Geekbench, giving us an early look at its processor, memory configuration, Android version, and expected performance.

The device appears in Geekbench under model number Xiaomi M610BB. While Xiaomi has not yet officially confirmed that this model number belongs to the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, several reports have associated it with the upcoming flagship.

Xiaomi 18 Pro Max Geekbench Listing

According to the Geekbench database, the Xiaomi M610BB is powered by Qualcomm’s QTI SM8950 platform. The processor features an eight-core CPU configuration with a maximum clock speed of 5.01GHz.

The listing shows three CPU clusters:

• 3 cores at 3.74GHz
• 3 cores at 4.03GHz
• 2 cores at 5.01GHz

The chipset is widely expected to be part of Qualcomm’s next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite family, although the final commercial branding has not yet been officially confirmed.

The device also appears to have approximately 16GB of RAM, with Geekbench detecting 14.80GB of usable memory. It was tested with Android 17.

Geekbench Performance

The earlier Geekbench result associated with the M610BB recorded 2,831 points in the single-core test and 8,843 points in the multi-core test. Those figures were reported across several publications shortly after the device appeared in the database.

However, the Geekbench database has since published another M610BB result showing 3,220 points in single-core and 9,646 points in multi-core. This variation is normal for pre-production hardware, where software optimization, thermal conditions and firmware can affect benchmark results.

Therefore, these numbers should be treated as early performance indicators rather than representative scores for the final retail smartphone.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Platform

The M610BB listing identifies the processor as QTI SM8950. The platform uses an unusual 2+3+3 CPU arrangement, with two high-performance cores reaching 5.01GHz.

The processor information provides an early indication that Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship is being tested with a very high-end Qualcomm platform. However, the exact commercial Snapdragon name and final configuration should be confirmed when Xiaomi and Qualcomm officially announce the hardware.

Android 17 and HyperOS 4

The Geekbench listing also confirms that the tested device is running Android 17.

The Xiaomi 18 series is expected to arrive with Xiaomi’s next-generation HyperOS 4 software, although the final software configuration can still change before the commercial launch.
