Honor Play20A ( Honor )

HONOR Play 20A is a budget-friendly smartphone designed for users who want a large display, long battery life, expandable storage, and an unusual secondary screen feature. It comes with a large 6.9-inch TFT LCD display offering a 90Hz refresh rate and 720 × 1600-pixel resolution. The higher refresh rate provides smoother scrolling and animations, while the large screen makes the phone suitable for browsing, social media, video streaming, and everyday tasks.

Under the hood, the HONOR Play 20A is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 chipset with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded through a dedicated microSDXC card slot supporting up to 1TB, giving users plenty of flexibility for photos, videos, apps, and other files.

Photography is handled by a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. A 5MP front camera is provided for selfies and video calls. One of the phone’s most distinctive features is its rear secondary display, which can provide a preview when taking selfies with the main camera.

The phone packs a 6000mAh battery with 15W wired charging, making battery endurance one of its strongest features. It runs Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 and supports 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C.

Overall, the HONOR Play 20A focuses on practical features rather than flagship performance. Its large 90Hz display, 6000mAh battery, expandable storage, rear secondary screen, and durable IP69K rating make it an interesting option in the budget smartphone segment.
