It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, Dolby Vision, HDR support, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Its high brightness and smooth refresh rate make it well suited for gaming, video streaming, and everyday use.

Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset built on a 4nm process, paired with an Adreno 732 GPU. The hardware delivers strong performance for demanding applications and games while maintaining good power efficiency. Depending on the variant, the phone comes with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage.

For photography, the GT 6T has a dual rear-camera setup consisting of a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. A 32MP Sony IMX615 front camera handles selfies and video calls, with support for up to 4K video recording.

One of its biggest highlights is the 5500mAh battery with 120W SUPERVOOC fast charging, providing very fast charging when compatible charging equipment is used. The phone also offers stereo speakers, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, 5G connectivity, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The realme GT 6T launched with Android 14 and realme UI 5.0. Overall, it is a strong upper-mid-range smartphone aimed particularly at users who want flagship-like performance, a high-quality AMOLED display, and extremely fast charging without moving into flagship pricing.
